- 5 / 5By Shayan KeraiSo this place recently reopened and this is by far the best place in all of Louisiana. First of all they have Ethanol Free Gas, so its 100% gasoline, which is freaking awesome. They have everything from Boudin, Smoked Boudin, 6 different kinds of Boudin Balls, Cracklins, Smoked Rabbits, Smoked Sausages, Smoked Tasso, Smoked Ribs, Stuffed Quails, Stuffed Chickens, and Stuffed Pork Chops. I personally love their turkey sausage, their smoked boudin, and their Jalapeneo Cheese Boudin Balls. You can always call ahead to make an order. OHH I forgot the Kabobs!! The manager is super nice, he gives out free shirts and promotional items. I WILL BE BACK!June 09, 2016
